Sunil Singh, has the most varied work experience background among the team, he worked onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines for 11 years, another 3 years as an executive producer for a film production company in Mumbai, aside from moonlighting as a model and doing the odd catalogue, campaign here and there.
After completing her education at the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development Sumera Bhalla then worked with the Oberoi, Mumbai. After which she joined Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a chef, eventually moving up the ladder to become executive chef onboard.
Food is her passion…
Tina Dehal, who among the team comes into the business with no previous hospitality industry experience, aside from a stint onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, she has worked as a freelance photographer for the past 14 years, after training at the London College of Printing and Falmouth College of Art, U.K she worked in India and abroad, successfully doing fashion shoots, advertising campaigns, etc…being part of a restaurant was always a dream…now a reality.

Together they share the love of travel, they have travelled the Baltic’s, Scandinavia, the Mediterranean, Europe, sailed across the Atlantic, the vast stretches of the USA, Panama and the Caribbean.
With the same aim in mind they kicked of their travelling shoes…. put their suitcases away …and decided to call Goa home…
