Mini Tapas Spread
Red wine and herb marinated black Kalamata Olives, organic basil marinated fresh buffalo mozzarella, balsamic drizzled grilled Mediterranean peppers, mushrooms and eggplant, spiced chorizo,
lemon juice and olive oil marinated shrimps, crispettes.

Oriental Nibbles.
Tempura fried shrimp, ginger, scallion & soy  flavoured chicken cigars, lemon & chili marinated squid rings, batter fried mini aubergines, oriental slaw, naam pla prik & sweet chilli sauce.

Mushroom Cappuccino
A wonderful forest mushroom soup, with porcini mushroom.

Crab and Shrimp Chowder
Rich and Sinful, this is an absolute rustic, chunky cream soup full of crab, shrimps, corn and diced potatoes.

Traditional Caesar Salad.

Mesculun greens, tossed with a creamy dressing, topped with blue cheese, crisp summer pears, apples and candied walnuts.

Appetizers

Beef Carpaccio
Lean tenderloin, rubbed with our special herb marinade,thinly sliced, served with garlic crostinis.

Maryland Crab Cakes
Pan-fried with a hint of peppers and cilantro, set on an Asian slaw accompanied by a wasabi aioli.

Shallot Tart Tatin
Caramelized onions with a hint of balsamic and thyme, set on crisp pastry and topped with peppery rucola, with a drizzle of summer pear vinaigrette.
